Post-covid: Friendly, helpful staff, fuss-free returns and well spaced out so easy to social distance. Smart queue system at tills and in and out. Allow extra time for your visit. Pre-covid: Excellent, helpful staff generally. Amazing service for fittings etc. Loads of stock/choice.
Staff reduce the food really cheap for them selfs at the end of the night .when the doors are closed. I know this because I seen them still reducing past closing. witch i dont think is fear for customers who buy there food from Mark's and Spencer's and would like a deal .now and then .its only fear for good custom. Staff get discount also . Customers are losing out.
Put in a click&collect order, confirmation receipt email stated 'make sure you print off this email or have it on your phone to show,' In common with many people, I have no printer, so took phone; there is NO access to internet or any phone network at the till {probably not on the whole store?). Nice one M&S. How to turn click&collect into a stressful nightmare for cashier and customer.
Love it for some food thats nice and not the usual boring from sainsburys. Clothes had some good sales. Always clean and tidy.
