very positive experience with the staff there. we ordered teo drinks, and drinks sweetest are totally adjustable, willingly to help with my dentist restrictions. They sell more then frozen yogurt. My kids love their HK style egg waffles.

The shop looks great! Very bright, clean and organized. The prices are not bad and the two for 9 is a good deal. They have plenty to select from. Great place to stop at while at Markville Mall.
My experiences are always average. The staff always work slow and forgets to smile. But of course, everything else balances things out. Still would recommend

Always get the macha mochi large. We used to get the strawberry cheesecake large but they haven't been getting it on point. Sometimes gets very busy during weekends.
The bubble tea, and other drinks were good, and the service was awesome!
