We recently used Wiston Flooring product and re-did our entire home in one of their engineered hardwood products. We were told that this flooring was virtually maintenance free. Within a month or so after installation, the flooring starting showing stains. Within a few months there was stains all over the entire house. If you spill water on the floor, it will leave a mark. We are absolutely devastated as we searched for months for the perfect floor for our new home. It has now been a year and our floors are ruined. We have contacted the manufacturer several times and they keep pushing us off to the distributor who quite frankly is brushing us off. I am still waiting for a response from Wiston as to how this will be rectified. It is appalling and totally unethical to leave a customer hanging like this. Do not buy from this company as their product is poor quality and does not do what they claim. Very disappointing and we hope for a resolution soon.
