We were looking to replace our backyard door, and we were quickly met with a customer service agent! He was really friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and included labour costs, garbage removal, tax, installation, etc. Our door will come in 3 months (not sure if this is normal)? But overall, we are happy with this place!

Replaced my door to patio last summer. Try to save some money. Re-used my one year old glass insert. Brought a double cylinder lock for security reason.The sales person said no problem. First, I was told by the installer that it was hard to put on a double cylinder lock. They did it finally but left behind a mess. My glass panel was installed wrongly. All the screw cap were missing. Lost the key of my new door lock! They came back to fix the glass panel, but without apology for my missing key & screw caps. I will not recommend this door & window company.
