I have been dealing with Watchnet products for many years now. Very satisfied with quality and ease of use. Whenever we needed help on some installs or setup, the support is top notch and just a phone call away. They are now the only company we use for CCTV and Access Control Solutions.
Decent supplier of cameras and access control devices. Their tech support makes the entire installation and maintenance process seamless and painless.
They're not customer friendly. All about money. Lousy customer service. Outdated pay system too. You better bring cash. The 5 star they received are from affiliated associates, not customers
