I recently went to this location looking for a watch to give as a gift. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, answered all of my questions, and provided necessary information about their products. I really appreciated the staffs’ patience, as I know nothing about watches. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect gift. I would recommend shopping at this location.

Don't buy anything from this store!! I bought a Daniel Wellington watch here as a birthday gift. Only a day after I had gifted the watch, the battery already stopped working. I brought it back and asked if they could change the watch entirely, but the clerk said that I would have to leave the watch there for at least two weeks so that they could send it back to the manufacturer. When I asked when I would get it back they said they didn't know. I asked for a new watch and they said they couldn't give it to me, so I had to ask them to ask the manager. The manager told them to just change the battery, but what I don't understand is if the watch is new (even the style was just arrived), why would the battery be needed to change already in two days. Already the customer service was poor at this point. After having to NEGOTIATE for a watch that was working for around 40 minutes, she changed the battery. 3 weeks later, the watch is not working AGAIN. How can someone depend on this store to purchase a gift but have it be defective? There is clearly an issue with the watches being sold here, they gave me a defective item. After the first time going they should have just given me a new watch since the battery already stopped working within TWO DAYS. I now have to go back AGAIN and negotiate AGAIN, and I know the part-time staff cannot even have a say in what to do with the watch. They should really have a manager in-store to let me know what to do with this defective item. They should really remember that customer satisfaction comes first and in this case there is no satisfaction with a watch that does not even work.

Do NOT get your battery changed here! They scratched my expensive watch, and did not even own up to it. They handed the watch to me without saying anything, and when i asked what had happened, she said "oh the knife slipped". I was appalled at the level of inconsideration and unapologetic behavior. She even had the audacity to say "it's not that big a deal". Worst customer service ever. I work in the customer service business, and her attitude is not the kind you hire for the job. If you want your watch ruined, definitely go here. Oh and they will also charge you for their crappy service, even though they ruined a perfectly good 300 watch! They should have a sign that says we are not fully competent at changing batteries, damages are possible. However, I read all their signs and there is no mention of their unskilled work.

They quickly replaced the battery in my Fossil watch that the Fossil store in the mall couldn't because it needed a giant clamp due to the design of the watch. There was no damage to the crystal.
