Yes even for a convenience store, it’s the worst. I bought two items and might as well have thrown my money into the trash. Chips which expired 6 months ago and a charger which broke the moment I tried to use it. I returned right away and was denied a replacement. The store also looks like it has never seen a mop or a wipe and yes this is during covid times!!! Needles to say I will never be returning, not even for a pack of gum

Worst customer service I ever experienced. The owner was really rude to my mother the most cause she was asking alot ofbout the lottery ticket cause she wants to make sure before she paid the money. The owner said that she needs to apply for pension money. First of all, u don't talk to anyone like that and second of all show some respect to our ppl. My mother is not that old to apply for pension money. The owner that me and my mom won soo much and he decides to rip us off by charging more with less numbers. Markham city please do something bout this cause we deserve alot of respect as a customer. Please read my review, this is a serious matter. We don't want anyone else go to this convience store if the owner is still being rude to the customers. Please and thank you
