They use OEM parts. They are very responsive if you give them a call. Even if they are busy they will arrange a time that works for you (mine was next day). Make sure you call to ask if they have parts before going in. They are upfront about the cost and you can decide if it isn't worth it. To change a google pixel 1 battery it was 85 tax. Note that they do a full diagnostic of your phone when you drop it off. It will take about 15-20 minutes before you can leave.
Rahim was great! Brought my Google Pixel 4XL to fix here after seeing it as a certified repair by Google. Phone was fixed and Rahim was explained everything to me. Will definitely deal with again!

I gave in my Google pixel 4XL for a screen repair. These guys are very professional and legit. They're authorized phone repairers for whatever company whether it's apple, samsung, google and etc. They fixed my phone within the same day and it feels like it's brand new again. They also can fix many other electronic devices such as gaming consoles, laptop, radio etc etc. Highly recommended these guys at this location for any repairs.
I recently got a new phone and they installed a screen protector. I am very happy with the finished product and if I ever need to get a new one I will be returning. MY techs name was Rahimraja and He did a great job. I would also go to them for any repairs in the future especially since my new phone (google pixel 5) has a 2 year warranty and ubreakifix is the standard repair location.
