Will most likely not be returning to this location in the future. Felt like the customer service here could have been a lot better. Did not have a friendly atmosphere and it also felt like they were just trying to service us quickly. Bought a bracelet and the engravement was placed on the wrong side. When receiving the bracelet, the protective film was put on the side that wasn't even engraved which caused a scratch before I had even received the item. The item wasn't even placed in the original box it was supposed to come in. Again, will not be returning to this location. Had a lot better service at other locations.

Very bad customer service. I was in there during the holidays and felt unacknowledged while trying to purchase a gift. When asking about some items there the ladies working gave me a really rude attitude towards my enquiries. I had no choice but to purchase the gift (given the time and availability of the holiday) and carry on. Ill definitely never be coming back to this location...

Before I could even open my mouth to ask questions about the product I received the salesperson verbally attacked me. The font on the item I ordered was larger than I thought it would be and if she had explained that nicely I would have been fine. Instead her behaviour left me feeling cheated and berated for simply trying to ask a question. Shop here at your own risk. I won't ever again.

Horrible customer service. The people who work there told me that it would take an hour. I came back an hour and bit later and asked them if it was done and the lady working responded very rude and impatiently. i waited 10 more minutes before I finally left to catch my bus. I now have to go back to pick it up another day. I wouldn't mind if they were apologetic, but the girls working that day were very rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them when I simply asked if it was done later than the time they said they would have it done.

poor customer service from some of the employees. My product went through as a different price than marked. When I brought the issue up to one associate, she brushed me off failing to inform me how the price would be adjusted for me, if at all. After I notified another associate about the issue, the original associate continued to raise her voice and argue with me claiming she handled the situation. When I came to pick up my item, some change was waiting on my receipt (although I paid with credit) with which a different and friendly associate helped me with. I can only assume the change was for the price adjustment, the item was not relabelled.

Terrible customer service comparing with other stores!!!!!! I purchased a snow bowl yesterday which they offer me original price! But the item was actually on sale which I found out afterwards, so I called the customer service and ask why they didn't offer me the sale price. They lady replied without checking saying what I see is the US website so this one is not on sale in Canada. And Canada do not have a website( which literally wrote on the receipt go visit that exact website). Confused. Then I call the other stores, one at yonge and one at Farview mall. Both the sales ladies very nice and informed me the item is on sale and even with bigger discount than the US website!!!! I called back Markville location and now she argued the item probably not on sale when yesterday I cashed out. But it's not!!! The other two store's sales told me its boxing week sale!!!! She is defiantly not telling the truth and cover the fact that she didn't check the price for me all at while I called in! Buying gift from thingsremmeber should be a happy experience because everything we bought from there means bringing happiness to the person we wanna give the gift! I would not go to the store again! Bad customer service!

Horrible customer service. No where on the website does it say you have to pay to order a product called the store and they told me I had to pay 20 dollars to order glasses. Explained to her I called the store yesterday and the lady never told me that she didn't really seem to care. Never heard of such a thing. Worst experience ever!!
