Terrible after sales experience. Stay away from the sales representative Rob Coulter. My mom is an 84 year old recent widow who is blind. 2 windows in her basement are incomplete. You can view the unfinished work in their photos section closer to the end. This problem has been going on since Dec 7, 2017 with Rob unwilling to fix the issue. I escalated the matter to a Cindy on January 23/2018 who stated she would get back to me and I'm still waiting. (March 6, 2018) I tried calling your company and the receptionist rudely hung up the phone on me stating the owner advised the staff not to speak to me.
i got no complaints, they do what they say. definitely recommend
