We did stucco on Multiple Houses, including the Altamont Project. Once we finished the Henry Corson Project they stopped picking up our phone calls and without paying our balance of 16000. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

I dealt with the team back in 2016 when I needed to renovate my condo unit in Scarborough. They have been such patient and kind people, and have helped me out every step of the way to get the condo ready for sale. Ever since then I have referred any friend of mine that has had any construction needs to them and they have earned our trust through each and every job, no matter how big or small. Great job and glad that I can count on them!
We worked as a sub contractor for The Renaissance group and are still waiting 120 plus days for our final payment. They’ve breached their payment agreement as well as our contract. We’ve been told every excuse in the book about why they can’t pay us yet. They no longer return phone calls or emails. If you’re considering working with them get paid in full before you start. Not a reliable company. I wouldn’t let them build me a shed, yet alone a house.
103 Parkway Ave in Markham was torn down 2 years ago and no new structure has been built. It looks like a garbage dump. The builder is slow to do any work and neighbours have seen rats lately. Not responsible at all.
We have been doing business with Pablo, Mya and Claire for over a year and the team exhibited utmost professionalism and ethics. Our experience with them has been nothing but transparent and detail-oriented. They have always kept their word and have always come through regardless of their situation. Looking forward to continuing our business relationship with them.
