Please refer to the several comments made by other potential clients as to the unresponsiveness of ReLeaf. These comments are all 100% accurate. They promise to get back to you, but NEVER did. As with others, we went to another company who we were so pleased with. So much for ReLeaf, they are definitely not a relief!

I called the company to request an estimate for trees and shrubs to be removed from my property. As per the request on the voicemail, I sent my inquiry by email. I received a reply promptly asking about my availability that same week. I replied providing ample options. I did not receive a response. I sent 2 follow up emails and still nothing. I gave up and moved on to another company which provided excellent service. Disappointed with Re:Leaf Group. They have a high Homestars rating which attracted me to the company. Upon further review it appears that the reviews are mainly dated.
We hired Andrew to prune trees. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience at our first meeting and was pleased with his estimate which was very competitive indeed. His methodical approach was complemented by his attention to detail - he ensured that before being cut, every branch was tied and then lowered slowly with zero contact with our fence or any part of our house. After a full day of work, we had a lot of branches/leaves as collateral damage. Every single piece of foliage was collected and removed ensuring that our grass and walkways around the house were left spotlessly clean. Two of my neighbours were impressed enough with his work to book future business with him. It was a quality experience all the way through and I would recommend him highly. Please note that since Andrew is popular with clients leading to a lot of repeat business, it may be a while before you get on his calendar. However, in this case, a little patience will be worth the results.
Tried to reach them many time with no responses. I would appreciate if they respond by telling me that they are too busy.
We recently hired Andrew to remove a medium-sized tree from our property and stump grind. Our experience from the initial contact, quote estimation, scheduling and performing the service was seamless. What I liked most about working with Andrew is that all communications were electronic (this is 2018 after all) and I didn't need to schedule an onsite visit for a quote (hence I didn't have to take a day off work!). I could send him the pictures of the tree/work area along with all of the dimensions and he provided me with a competitive quote. The work itself was performed well and my lawn was actually cleaner than when he started. Thanks Andrew and we will definitely be reaching out if we require any further services in the future
