Unprofessional. From Concierge to Property Management to the Board of Directors. They are not transparent in the way they run things. I've had the unfortunate opportunity to try to resolve the situation with all of them. They will say one thing and do another. Then go back and deny what they had said. They will not take any criticism and attempt to intimidate resident instead. They lack the understanding in fair community living.

As per Wes Fs’ review and those of other pet owners who reside here, mine is 100% aligned with theirs. I am also a resident if this condo (since Sept 2018). My partner and I have both been tolerant and patient with other residents, their “Senior Property Manager” as well as employees of the building. The issues are ongoing and it is getting more ridiculous as we count the days. Great condo experience. Newly hired security and cleaning company make a world of difference! A clean, professional and upscale residence in an amazing neighborhood. Close to lots of stores, parks and go station!
The manager of the The mark building know nothing! anything we request such as building issues and etc. she refused to take care of it and she basically make smoney from us for doing nothing. she is usless manager!
I love living here at the Mark Condos. It is a wonderful location and everything is so close to get too. My experience with the service dept is wonderful, they have always been able to help me with any issues i have. Great place to live in.
