It is second floor store. Cashier very bad service! She makes long face and very lazy. She gave me back money with dirty hand. Also that store didn’t provide hand sanitizer to customer when go in and go out. I don’t recommend and never go back again.

An amazing store inside of the Pacific Mall top floor. A store smaller when compared to a WalMart but has so many different things that you can buy. Mini washing machines to slightly bigger ones, household items to snacks to electronics (look a likes Apple wireless Air Pods). To cell phones to can’t even begin what else. We grabbed some Bombay store decorative items at almost 80% less than the Bombay List prices on the boxes. Perhaps not to buy but worth a visit as how stores are stocked in their land of origin. A lesson if not to shop for sure.

Do not come here shop! Women staffs in green no masks no hand sanitizers keep walking around no distancing! They stood so closed to customers when talking within a foot. Should be 2 meters apart even in talking or showing items. I don't wanted to get covid !

The Best Shop is the biggest Chinese department store in GTA. Pacific Mall location is the biggest one. You can find some good deals from time to time. The only thing I don't like is their return policy. If you found something wrong with the product, you can only exchange within 7 days but no refund. You can only get refund if it is brand new , unopened and un-used. So if you want to buy something like appliance, you better make sure you like the product and pray that nothing wrong. Or else you'll be wasting your money
