I've been to this store many times. The staff are very professional and adaptable. You can tell that the staff and the manager think about what makes sense for the company and the customer when they make decisions. They're also very knowledgeable. I thought I knew what I wanted and they mentioned to me that there was actually a detail that I hadn't picked up on and it actually changed what I ended up buying. They made less commission as a result but it was the best option for me. Over the years, TELUS has become less customer-friendly as an organization but this location has maintained the original TELUS spirit.

Brought my own phone to get a new plan and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff was really fast and helpful and have many suggestions on how to reduce my monthly bill. Very helpful! They were out of stock for all of the Nexus phone accessories.

Sim card is 20 . Dont go hear. It's a big rich people store. U want deals go to wow mobile located in the mall or best buy. They never have deal or any promotions. I went to best buy they gave me more options. Keep away
Longest waiting time. Telus, you need to have more people helping the customers. Waiting time of almost 1 hour. Disaster.
The service here is really amazing they are clear to you on what electronic devices to get, the quality of them and they don't force you into anything and they are patient with you.
Nice looking store but I wouldn't come back to this location unless I had no choice. I have been to plenty Telus stores and I think overall this was my worst experience. Customer service was sad...people in customer service need too realize that your face and body language when a customer walks into a store actually matters. If you look miserable why would I want to be there...if you can't get off your stool why am I bothering to give you my business...if you act like my questions are a waste of your time why would I come back. This does not represent every employee that works there but the problem is it only takes one to ruin it...
