If I could put down 0 stars I would. This person needs a serious course in customer service. He wasted my time over the last 3 weeks, giving one excuse after another as to why he didn't call back, set a time to come to the location...you name it - then came without the requested duplicate keys that was one of the two reasons I called. (The name of Taylor Lock was stamped on the back of this one Medico key I was given when I acquired a new property). It should have been a pretty easy thing, but as he said repeatedly that he was "human and allowed to make a mistake". I agreed but what he could not accept was that he didn't seem to have the work ethic to correct the mistake. Not even to call me back to arrange another time to bring the keys he forgot. He then excused THAT by saying he had other customers and other priorities. Wow. Time for this guy to update his ethic or get the heck out of business!
