I have been trying to contact their customer service for over a month now attempting to receive a replacement part for a faulty item. I have sent multiple emails, called their phone number which results in leaving a voicemail. Someone managed to call me back after 3 weeks and asked me to provide a receipt for original purchase in order to determine it is under warranty and a replacement could be made. I have provided this over three weeks ago with no response since. Great and stylish products. Terrible customer service!

if there was a no star i'd give them that - the worst customer service i've seen....actually its non existent they take your money and put the order as "processing" and you can never get a hold of them. Unreal - would NOT recommend you buy anything from here. Your money will be taken and will go into an abyss
Took them over 4 weeks to call my husband back for a simple question. Their product was updated but kept in the same package and same UPC, and wasn't compatible with previous product.
