Sport Chek organization is lucky to have an associate like Tyler working for them. Tyler is professional, calm, very efficient and basically a one man show. Was there to wax 2 sets of skis, Tyler took the order, promise me the pick up date as I was skiing the following day. He completed all the paper work at the front door while at the same time organizing the customers waiting outside the store. I told him he could use some help however I don’t believe he had the hours. Call him at noon today (pick up date) and he was still waxing my skis (does he do everything?? ) told me to come back in an hour which I did and my skis were waiting for me. Awesome job Tyler!! Hope your boss gives you more hours so you can have more people assisting you and customers don’t have to wait to long to be serve. I will be back to this store because of Tyler. Great job Tyler!!

First visit to this Sport Chek location and it went very smooth. Service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Good to see that they have a repair/ service shop here. Very good sporting store.
Went to this SportChek today to look for some ice skates. Asked one of the employees for help but it seemed as though he did not want to help. However, an employee named Mason helped us and he was amazing!! Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Bought 2 pairs from him and am very impressed with the product he recommended.
We received an absolutely amazing top notch service from Mason the other day. We purchased some hockey equipments for our 2 little daughters. He was so caring, gentle, patient and informative. Thank you so much Mason. Keep up the great work!
