Purchased an agilent source through them. It was not packed properly so the nebulizer tip came damaged. I sent them a photo of the damaged piece the same day it arrived. They insisted it was packed properly and blamed me for the damage. After posting this review the manager reached out and him and I came to an agreement that was generous in my opinion. I am glad they are making it right. My best guess for what happened during shipping is that the screws that secure the nebulizer weren't tightened down well enough and after being shaken around the nebulizer came loose. When I opened the box I found the nebulizer underneath the source in contact with the aluminum cover. I assume the tip of the nebulizer bounced into that cover enough times during shipping to damage the tip. You can view them in the attached images. Hopefully they take this seriously and make sure this doesn't happen to other customers.
