Nothing seems to be better than ours honesty. If the issue can be fixed then they will let you know and not drag you around and waste your time. Also during these times of COVID19 they have taken great precautions for their customers. Highly recommend them for quality work for the price you pay.
It’s no surprise this place is so highly rated. From the first email to Ricky for a quote to the great experience to drop off my CRV to the ultra clean car and steam cleaned baby car seat I got back we’re top notch. His shop is clean and very COVID friendly. His customer service is amazing too. To quote “we’ll take our time and do it right” and “if you feel anything isn’t to your standard bring it back and we’ll do it again” I would go back to this place again and again.
My go to car repair shop. The people here knows how to fix cars and gives me very good advice. Other places I have been might sell me services which I don't need. They even give me options and help educate me too make the right choice. 5 stars
Being in the automotive business you can only trust those who are true to their words. Sonic Auto House has been my shop for my personal vehicles. I keep coming back because of their quality of work, customer service, and best solutions that can be thought of for your vehicle needs. Private shop like this is hard to find, when you do find one stick with it so they know you and the history of your vehicles.
