They have very advanced products with reasonable prices. Service is great as well, one of the light bulb was defective and they exchanged it without any questions asked. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I ordered 10 bulbs total and out of those, 1 bulbs were defective and would not illuminate. Maybe I just got unlucky, but they are great, exchange new one for me immediately .However, the bulbs that did work all worked perfectly. They run cool, they produce a reasonable broad and diffuse pool of light, and they dim smoothly without flicker.

Great products and service for LED Lighting. I used the LED connectable T6 tubes for my under cabinet kitchen lighting and haven't had any issues. The quality is reliable and has a good finish.
This SmartRay does not have its own products. It just purchases LED lights made in China, put its \SmartRay\ label on LED fixture, and then sell them with unreasonable high price. Basically it is just doing buy-and-sell business. And the price of those lights are normally 30% higher than similar products you can find in GTA market. The boss Nixon Chen is so terrible. On average his employee never stay there for more than 3 months. Everybody hates their boss because they soon realize how bad this person is. Do not believe such a bad company can provide glorious lights!
