Have had many positive interactions with the sales associates at this location. Sometimes they don't know where specific items are, but other times they are great and make helpful product suggestions. They do not have a large selection of Clinique products so I have had to go to the make up counter at the Bay more often now.
Very helpful staff, i had no idea what to get as a Christmas gift but they are so easy and direct you straight to the best offers. Loved it.
Shoutout to the lady in the skincare department today. I'm upset I didn't get her name!!! She was absolutely the sweetest soul. I felt like she really listened to the problems that I was having with my skin and she recommended me her favourite products within my budget. (loving caudalie right now!!!!!)

Justin who was working in the department was not only knowledgeable about skin routines in general, but also had a strong idea of the products in the store.
