John did an amazing job. Punctuality is the first factor I prioritize when requesting a service, before I even factor in the quality of the job. John was at my doorstep at the very exact time that he promised, which shows his dedication. I had to replace the Noritz heat exchanger, fan, gas manifold unit, and the fuse (which was all covered by my Noritz tankless water heater warranty). His price was very reasonable, and the job was done precisely within two hours. Very happy to have him around the GTA area, and he is my new go-to HVAC guy for the future.

John was great! I was able to get my fireplace looked at I. My new home and have the pilot light turned back on. It was also a quick turnaround to get an appointment booked. John was great at explaining what he was doing as he was doing it. I also really appreciated him coming back to do a gas leak test. Great experience!

John came to my home within an hour of me contacting him for a York gas furnace that had stopped working. I had already done the typical replace the air filter, power cycle, and checked the exterior vents. Within a couple minutes he diagnosed the problem to be a failed venter motor. A quick call to the store, he secured the part which was under warranty (lucky me). He made it to the store before it closed, and upon his return replaced the part and the furnace was back in action. We also both wore our face masks which is important in this Covid era.
