Found a great deal on some Cole Haan shoes. But had a hassle claiming the 20 dollars off coupon. Apparently the coupon was used already used? How could Saks send me a used coupon? I was baffled by this . . otherwise there are deals to be halibut I wouldn't place any faith in their email offers.
Store was clean and easy to manage, staff was very helpful and was able to explain and answer all my questions and all items were very neatly organized and easy to locate.
I've probably found myself browsing this store at least a dozen times since it opened. There's so much stuff yet at the same time so little... Nothing inside really catches your eye as being a good deal or good looking and I myself have only ever walked out the store one time with a purchase. The store is decently organized and I appreciate the selection but overall doesn't at all represent what it should - designer clothes for a discount (as these types of stores are known for)
Terrible service. I've no idea how can the manager doesn't know how to deal with customers. Me and my friends Will Not go there to shopping any more. I came back to ask what to do if the product has bad quality, the manager doesn't show any patience and doesn't want to help at all. All she can say is : no, we don't do that. Or no, we can't. AMAZING management without any ability to provide solutions and suggestions.
Horrible. The staff does not let u shop. As soon as 7:00 pm hits they kick you out of the store. They literally run after you and tell you to get out. I had a pile of items that I was ready to purchase and they told me “no it’s 7pm the store is closed. Leave from the back we already closed the entrance to the mall”. There’s no customer service and it’s a shame because that’s what there paid to do. If it wasn’t for shoppers like me they would not have a job. Not only that they did not let me check out, they made me leave through the emergency back doors and I found myself walking to the other side of the mall to my car.
No employees around the store. Relatively clean
They carry designer wear at discount prices.
