Very disorganized, the customer service is lacking greatly in the last year or so. Have ordered before and used to have timely and friendly service. Never on time or have to wait days just to get my stone. Most of the drivers are friendly but the office staff lacks professionalism and not very nice to talk to when i call in. From what ive heard from drivers they are not very nice to them either.
Best experience! From start to finish. Starting off with a very professional customer service staff who answered all my questions promptly right down to the truck arriving at my house. No mess and very polite. I would definitely recommend them to anyone
Have worked at this company for 22 years I enjoy my job not only as a slinger operator but also I am a qualified loader operator with many years of experience I also have a class A Z license. VERY Sexy Truck
I don't understand that how could you guys miscalculation for 500CAD?? It’s ridiculous!!! I call in the noon for 4 cubic contre for our clients’ project. The one who pick up the phone said 450tax with everything included. I confirmed the price for 4 times!!! However, after we finished using it, the driver ask for 905 CAD??? I call back for the price, the people told me that they might miscalculation the price in the noon??? It’s so ridiculous that as a company you guys miscalculation the price for almost 500CAD? And not talking responsibility but let the client pay for your miscalculation??? It’s so ridiculous!!! I’ll say that you didn’t take the client order seriously? How could I got a wrong price as I confirmed for 4 times for everything. Such a shame for your business!!!
