My family and I have been training with our home Personal Trainer from ResQFit for a little over 2 months. Even in this short period of time, we have noticed a dramatic improvement in our health and appearance. I personally have lost approximately 12lbs and my waist line has gone down a few inches. I've dealt with many a personal trainers and programs in my quest to get fit over the years. The buck stops here! ResQfit's personnel and services are a breath of fresh air compared to past experiences. Trainers are always punctual, extremely knowledgable, properly equipped with the state of the art equipment and ready to wipp my butt into shape with positivity.
