Had the pleasure dealing with Anna and Amanda, they both helped choose the finishes in our new home! Never was once rushed and everything was explained properly. Also the communication via email or phone was great and always prompt especially during the COVID lockdown.

Amanda is very helpful even when there are complications. You need to do a lot of research and there are many options for Remington clients.
Bought a home with Remington and considering the price of house, I thought they would have afforded more time and flexibility for design. We were told to go to the design center, look around and make a list of 'wants' to submit prior to our design appointment. We would then be emailed back the pricing of each item. I'm not a designer and so I'm pretty sure we missed half or more of the possible options and upgrade. Of course we found new things each time we went and even at the design appointment so the pricing they initial gave us was totally unhelpful The design appointment itself was very rushed. How do you design an entire house in 3 hours? Despite spending a million dollars, we got a nice letter prior to our appointment stating that the design appointment was strictly 3 hours, and each half hour thereafter would be charged at 150. Considering how much we paid for the house, this is ridiculous. The appointment was of course rushed because once you have a designer guiding you, they open up even more possibilities that you then have a split second to decide on. Not much value for money in this builder or in their service.
Nice design studio but they should provide more details for customers with their listed prices before going into confirmed deals.
