I was given the Tempo set a year ago. I had engine issues. They replaced the motor and repaired the cosmetic issues (courtesy of grandchildren knocking the engine off the track and on to the floor, accidentally) and mailed it back. They could not have been better. The customer service is absolutely marvellous. Any future purchases will be Rapido products. Thank you for such wonderful service and products.
I've bought 2 n-scale locomotives from Rapido. These are beautiful, well-made products. Had a teeny problem with the last one. They were very helpful, I sent it in, they fixed it in a timely manner, and threw in a free gift. Always impressed, great company!

Rapido is a young, enthusiastic company that cares about model railroading. I have bought several of their products (Super Continental HO passenger cars, LRC) and can attest to the level of detail and workmanship that is first class all the way. I had a problem with one car, and they fixed it right away ... and with a smile.
