First I find it very interesting that some of the reviews here are by RAMA employees, J Charlie Mansfield for example. We bought 198 Chromebooks from them and 134 of them would not recognize that the battery was in them so they wouldn't hold a charge. Called about getting them replaced and they tell me that Epik is supposed to cover any warranty issues. Turns our Epik says they are not an authorized dealer and therefore will not cover the warranty. RAMA refused to make good on the 134 Chromebooks that won't take a charge. Please beware of purchasing from them. I have spent hours and months trying to get them to do the right thing. All they will do for me is tell me that Epik should cover it, well they won't.
