I would recommend to everyone. One of the best and affordable place. I bought muffler for my nissan sentra and it is perfect and exceptional customer service.
I had made an appointment with Samuel to have custom downpipes made for my car. I told him the make and model and we arranged a time and date for me to come in after a price was discussed. I had to drive 2 hours to the shop. After dropping off the car, I received a message 40 mins later saying they ran into an issue. At first they said a hoist was needed, although I’ve seen downpipes installed and removed with no extra equipment for my car. Then I was told they didn’t have the right flange for my car. My whole day was wasted as I booked the day off from work to get the job done. Even though I made an appointment, I wasn’t assured that the right part would be in stock for the job being done apparently. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism and being able to plan ahead.
I Purchased a complete exhaust system for my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. It was delivered on time and was quality parts. Something was missing from the package and they were quick to reconcile with me. I would definitely do business with them again.
I Ordered a EXHAUST parts bundle BUT only received one of the two parts. Customer service was rude and asked what another part number has to do with me and then claimed it was always to be a single part and they can name a part any number they want to sometimes multiple part numbers! I could have saved 40 on the part i did get from another seller but they mislead me and deceived me into thinking i would receive both parts at the 40 elevated price. Im now stuck cobbling 2 parts together from two different manufacturers and paying 80 more than i ever needed to since they refused to make it right after they falsely advertised. If i could give 0 stars i would.

My 2007 Civic Si needed a muffler. Honda wanted a fortune. I called around and the mufflers were either non-stainless steel or they couldn't find one at all. I spotted Premier in a Kijiji ad and gave them a call. They could provide me with a quality, stainless muffle much, much less than Honda... and Jameer set it up so that the garage next door (Ted Wu) could put it in the next day. I dropped by the next day. Premier's shop is clean and neat. I got a tour. They can either make or order anything you would need for your exhaust. Excellent quality product and service at much less than a dealer. Next time I have a exhaust issue, I'll be calling Premier. I recommend Ted Wu's auto service as well.
