As always, I could rely on Preferred Plumbing to arrive exactly when they said they would. The service guy was so pleasant and accommodating. He explained everything to me clearly and patiently before beginning the repairs, and made sure I was ok with what needed to be done. I’m always amazed at how clean my bathroom is after these service guys leave. Everything is done with such courtesy and respect for the home owner. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. And of course the work is always done to perfection with such attention to detail.

I hired preferred plumbing to unclog our dishwasher. I was very nervous that during covid-19 this would be a problem. However, the first thing Mario did before entering my home was explain all the precautions and equipment he was using to prevent any spread, always keeping me informed of sanitation, masks and gloves he was using to be cautious. Quickly my problem was diagnosed and what should have taken an hour took over 3, as Raphi and Mario did not want to leave without flushing out the dishwasher pipes over 10x until they were satisfied they ran clean. They went over and above their job, always being sure to wear in-home booties to keep my floors clean, they used my central vac to vacuum behind the dishwasher, and even installed the bag holder under the sink to give me more space! I couldn't be more impressed with these guys. I would hire them over and over again. Their easy demeanor and knowledge put me at ease and I would trust them with all my plumbing needs.
Very happy with Preferred. I had a leaking valve and hot water tap that wouldn't shut off. I called them at 9:45 PM Monday night. The phone was answered immediately by a live attendant and they showed up the next morning. They were punctual -said they would be at my home between 11am and12 pm- and showed up at 10:59 am. Respectful and courteous -took off their shoes and put on slippers they brought. Asked permission before entering a room or using any furniture. Had a written quote on the spot with several options which they went through with me several times to make sure I was okay with it. Yes it may have been a bit expensive BUT IT WAS MY choice if I wanted all the work, some of the work or none of the work (there was no pressure). Job was done immediately and well done. Would recommend them highly.
Last month we hired "some guy" to install and repair the pipes next to our new washing machine. He was really cheap. What we got in the end was basement flooding 4 times and pipes installed illegally and not to code. Then we hired Preferred Plumbing. They were prompt, pleasant, reliable and efficient and did a great job. They suggested some layout improvements which turned out to be not only attractive, but sturdier and safer. We are really happy with their work and gladly recommend them to anyone.

Preferred Plumbing disconnected our old dishwasher and then reconnected our new one. They located and repaired a leak under the sink by replacing all the necessary piping and also reconfiguring the piping allowing more space for my water filter reservoir. It looks really neat and tidy now. I always knew you’re my favourite plumbing company and very aware of your attributes. I just got an even stronger appreciation for your professionalism. I just had some work done in my house, not plumbing related. Though the contractor came exactly on time to look at the job to give me a quote, he did not keep his word to the time line; I waited 3 weeks before he came and when he did, he was 2 hours late. While on the job, they asked me for garbage bags for the refuse, which they ended up leaving on my front lawn, they grabbed my new specialty soft cotton cleaning cloth (which I was gifted from Israel), without even asking me, to do their caulking, ripped it in half so they could both work at it at the same time, when they took their smoking breaks outside, they left the door open allowing the fumes to come in, and littered my lawn with their cigarette butts. No point going on. You at Preferred Plumbing always came on time, your team has always been polite and accommodating, wore shoe covers for hygiene, brought all your own garbage bags, which you took back with you, brought your own rags and made sure to leave the place spotless at the end of a well done job!
