I buy lotto tickets at this location all the times. Lately there is a staff Umang, never seen such rude person, she would only serve the people buying gas first. If you purchase / check the lotto tickets, you will have to wait till she serves all those gas purchasers first even though we lined up first and the people who came after us get serve first. She would argued with all of her lotto customers. She should be FIRED. Never seen such disrespectful person.

I buy Petro Canada gift cards for my employees quiet often as a reward. The usual locations I purchase 2 gift cards worth 50-100 and they always give me coffee on the house (plus I fill up and buy lottery tickets too). I got accustomed to this great service from petro canada and always appreciate it. Today I stopped at this location and went to grab 2 petro Canada gift cards worth 100 each some lottery tickets. Before purchasing I asked the guy if I could get a small coffee on the house with a purchase of these gift cards. He immediately went into an attack mode and started yelling that nothing is free in Canada and no free coffee. So I said no problem thank you , and let him know that other locations offer it to me as a thank you for big purchases but I won’t be purchasing any gift cards from here. I didn’t buy lotto tickets either. This location doesn’t influence my positive opinion about Petro Canada in general, but definitely this one is to avoid. Over 25 cents coffee he lost my business, and I hope if anyone reads this skips this location

This morning I was there and the staff was so rude to me. I asked him to show me some lottery tickets and he first looks at me wierdly from head to toe and then picks a ticket from his choice and gives it to me. And tells me rudely you can go now. One of the worst experience. I had paid for my gas, no greeting whatsoever, no smile and with a grumpy face he kept staring at me like im a thief. Never going back again.
