Very fast and professional service. My Dell laptop was fixed in only one day. My laptop couldn't turn on and they fixed it for 80, which is much cheaper than if I sent it to Dell. Highly recommended. :)

This is the first review I've ever made and it's well deserved. I stripped my SSD M2 cache screw and I tried everything and went elsewhere but couldn't fix it, this technician (Simon) did it in 30 secs max. Both the owner and technician were very nice, experienced and charged me a cheap price to fix the problem. The technician even went as far as to try out a similar SSD from the store to make sure that my replacement was compatible with the motherboard and BIOS. 10/10 in terms of speed, hospitality and service - would recommend to everyone here.

Johnny and his team are extremely knowledgeable and are consummate professionals. I've been dealing with them for over 8 years and have never been disappointed. The level of work they do is thorough, and everything they do is legitimate and above board. The quality of customer service that I've received again and again has been nothing less than top notch.

The guys here are amazing. Quality human beings. I've never purchased anything or had anything repaired previously. I had issues with my laptop. I thought it was the power adapter. The gentleman took a quick look and asked me, are you sure? He determined it was a bent pin on the laptop. I didn't have time to fix it and told him I will bring it back. (I didn't need to buy a new charging adapter - He could've easily sold me one) I managed to correct the bent pin - but was still having issue powering the laptop. I took it back to them. They advised me there will be a diagnostic fee and if you want it repaired we will absorb some of that fee in the total cost (Totally reasonable). I agreed, after their quick diagnosis they determined there was no power getting to the motherboard and they could not fix it. I was disappointed and was ready to pay the diag fee. They refused and said we could not fix it. There is no charge for this. Wow!! This might be an isolated case. I still applaud them for their honest service. I will be a returning customer!

These guys are the best when you are looking to get your macbook / laptop repaired professionally at half the price any other repair center would quote you for the job. They are friendly, well mannered and punctual. Today they also helped me to put a screen protector on my newly purchased macbook for free. I called em up for help and they did it for me without asking me a buck for it for being an old customer. Can't recommend them enough.

Nothing could be worse than a computer emergency during Covid time! My son got his laptop screen damaged and we needed to get it replaced quickly (before school re-started). I contacted the store (among few others) via email and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response back quickly - despite this being a short holiday week (last week of Dec, in between Christmas and New Year). Johnny responded with detailed options available and pricing was competitive. When I brought in the laptop, it took only 15 mins. to get it replaced. Very professional job - quite happy with the results. Johnny was courteous, professional, explained the work clearly and didn't push unnecessary "upgrades". The work completed was good - very happy with the final result.

Wonderful customer service, the technician and staff are friendly and were able to replace the keyboard backlighting without additional charge. It only costs 1/3 to replace my MacBook pros keyboard compared to going to Apple. This shop has a long history, and the quality of its services says it all. Highly recommended.
