This was a nice little fancy store which sold cute little gift items. Unfortunately, the store owners wasted too much money on the loss making day to day operations and Papyrus/Carlton Cards filed for bankruptcy. Sad. Eh?

Cute store for cards and gift items. Store is well organized. Employees were helpful and kind. Items are a bit pricey.
Bought a special birthday card singing Happy birthday for my opera diva niece. Clerk was very helpful.
I hate this place because my wife spends hours in here. I once entered a young man full of life and left old and defeated.
Products are decent. Service is no good. Visited, walked in and saw an employee with the black Papyrus apron on, i asked her to locate cards by saying "excuse me ". She totally ignored me. Later, i figured she was probably on break. However, even so, shouldn't she at least let me know? After all, she had the staff apron on.
Excellent place for high quality gifts, wrapping paper, cards and other neat trinkets. If you don't mind the price.
