The best taiwanese food so far! Affordable, big portion and taste so good! Definitely will come back for the popcorn chicken. Just a friendly reminder sometimes they have line up in front of the store so make sure to call and order first !

Food foeant have the same great quality as before. The popcorn chicken was soggy and they didn't give sauce. When we asked for the sauce, she poured it on top of the chicken making it more soggy when she couldve put it in a small sauce container on the side. The service wasn't great. Maybe the one at Pacific Mall tastes better.

I love this food!!! Taste is good and price is good too. I visited today but they closed Anyone want to take out papa changs food during family day week, see the attached picture

One of the famous Taiwanese fast food in Toronto, but I found the fired chicken and sausages tasted light. Anyway, good price and good reputation. I suggest to order it by call and pick up there otherwise, it takes you time to wait.

Decent Taiwanese food on the cheap! The dish to order from here has to be the popcorn chicken hands down! Crispy outside, tender inside. The noodle soup was also a nice find too! Satay beef and the braised pork bento were nice amd flavourful, but meat was a little dry. Portions were decent for the price you pay too!
