Zombie Food. I don't normally provide negative reviews but I think this one deserves it. What happened was that they forgot some of our order in the bag when my wife and I ordered from during a visit to Markham few months ago. After we got home, my wife called them immediately and the store manager said they would give us a credit next time we visit and noted my wife's name and phone number. Since we are not from the area, we asked if we can redeem a few months later, and manager said no problem. Today we visited again and we mentioned to them what happened and the manager simply said she can no longer provide that credit, even though we explained what happened. It is not about the money but really just showing a bit of care and compassion for your customers. A matter of principle. The manager looked at us with no hint of sorry in her eyes, and anyone with a bit of brain should care about your customers. I mean you are in food / service industry. I guess it must zombie sandwiches they are serving. Food made by zombies with no emotions or brains.

Really healthy foods available here. From my experience, everything is made fresh and customer service here is really nice and respectful. I usually come here for lunch just after their breakfast hours ended. There's plenty of seating and their cafe latest are pretty good. Great location for business lunch or meeting friends. Love their bakery snacks as well.
Staff are patient and friendly Store is set up for social distancing & covid measures, absolutely love the fresh product & health choices here! Wish there were more locations
liked the food but not the staff. Ordered 2 duets and got charged extra. The whole interaction was difficult. Going back to Panerai but not this location
This is the perfect spot to have breakfast lunch or dinner with a loved one. The food is great. There are so many options to choose from. One thing I love about this place is that it has the pick two option which you can pair two items from the menu together and have a wonderful time. The bakery has a variety of baked goods to choose from. Overall, outstanding.
