I recently discovered North Print while trying to find new suppliers for my small Graphic Design business - finding a high quality, professional print shop with relatively low cost to myself is very difficult to do. When I got in contact with them, they were EXTREMELY quick to reply to all of my detailed questions, and sent me a sample which i received the next day!! I received all of my custom notebooks this morning and I am SO PLEASED with them! The quality is just amazing, they look beautiful and extremely professional. If you need a printing project completed, this is definitely the place! I needed to get some programs printed for our school's play, which I had never done before, and the team at North Print helped me through the process, ensuring that the end-product would be high quality. They even responded to my queries outside of normal business hours with lightning speed! Moreover, their prices were fantastic, and the product was delivered to my door in 2 days! I used North Print for a very urgent last minute exhibition catalogue. I received prompt responses to all my emails, custom quote requests (that I kept changing). They even sent me sample booklets for quality reference to help me decide on paper quality. I sent my pdf file Monday morning, the proof was sent back to me right away, and the catalogues were delivered by Wednesday morning. Free delivery (we are in Toronto)! Compared to our experiences with other printers, NorthPrint was surprisingly smooth from start to finish. Customer service is great with responses that are always prompt.
