I am writing this review specifically for an account manager at NFP who was the only person who understood what I was requesting and resolved my issue promptly. Her name is Saima Kamran. After trying to get an issue resolved for five months, three phones calls, and waiting months at a time for the paperwork in the mail, Saima was able to help me in one phone call and sent an immediate email to me with confirmation. As well, it was the end of her work day but she was determined to resolve the issue I had and worked after her work day was over to complete this matter. I was very impressed with her dedication and service.

[email protected] Is the best insurance broker I have used to date. She was quick and reliable during a fire situation that happened over at my neighbours but spread and caused damage on my property. I also acquired insurance on my truck through her. Highly recommend using her in your time of need or when sourcing new and dependable insurance rates.
Poor service. Difficult to get through to a client manager. Spend hours on the phone waiting in the line for the next available client manager. I have been with them for over 30 years and I have had it with the poor service. the problem is there have been many buy outs and the only thing that matters is Profit. On renewal I am going with a new smaller broker that will give personal service. NOTE: NAVIGATORS INSURANCE HAS BEEN BOUGHT OUT BY NFP CANADA AND THE SERVICE IS AS BAD IF NOT WORSE.
Great service to get you as customer, after that you're on auto renewal with same insurance company even if your rates go up for no reason. At the end of the day they work to benefit the insurance company not their clients. find an online broker and get better rates
NO STARS FOR THIS ONE I have been dealing with Navigators and the old Hallmark team for over 20 years. However, the last few years has been frustrating to deal with them. Most times my phone messages go unanswered and or I get left on hold, I've tried to contact them through the contact us link several times for information, clarification or confirmation of document receipt on a policy and have yet to receive a reply (2 years running). I have sent emails directly to the service team and I get either no reply or a feeble excuse when they do and then they blame a co-worker or ( Intact) the insurance company. Their customer service protocols need extreme improvement at ALL levels. If you are looking for insurance from them be prepared. They will be eager to sign you up but from there on you are a nobody. I've finally decided that I will have to look for another broker and hopefully someone who will respect me as a customer and reply in a timely concise manner. Final NOTE After 10 working days and 14 emails I received a phone call from Anthony Tamburro assuring me he will personally resolve my policy issues today. As stated previously their customer service protocols need extreme revamping.
