I am not sure if the gentleman I have dealt with a few times at this location is the Manager, but he is fantastic! Genuine conversation, very personable, and shows a pride for his job. Makes the visits that much more enjoyable. The shop has a nice ascetic and vibe to it as well.

this is how I always start my morning with a Nespresso . thanks to the people in the store for always being kind and help with the selection of the product. we really enjoy the services provided by the store.

I have to praise the hiring manager at this location, they really put together a great team here! We were enthusiastically greeted by Zwe, he was very welcoming and genuine. He quickly gave us the run down on the new items in store (btw thank you! Costa Rica and Ethiopia are great new coffees!) and guided us to Giovanni. The great service continued from there, he was very outgoing and efficient. Overall, very impressed. Bravo!
I had to have a refund processed and got wrong info. Over the phone. The store and the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to find a away to say yes and help me. Thank you for taking ownership and creating a fantastic experience!
The employee at the store tried to get me to place the order online despite me already being at the store and the store being open for in store purchases. I already knew what I wanted so it wasn’t like I was taking up a lot of her time but she didn’t seem to want to cash me out at all. When I asked if I’d be eligible for the Nespresso Club welcome offer, she said no - didn’t even bother to check, and rushed me out of the store. I’m not one to write reviews but the experience didn’t sit right with me so I called Nespresso directly - the phone rep confirmed the offer was on my account and applied it to my transaction after the fact. Bottom line, most stores are closed in the middle of the pandemic. If the store is open, the very least you can do is serve the people that showed up to purchase from you.
Management should seriously review customer service level at this store. This is my 3rd time buying pods at this location. First 2 times the reception was stone cold and robotic. I asked about the summer special edition and was bluntly told they are only available limited time; asked about similar flavor then was just pointed to "this". My 3rd time on Oct 7: same kind of service. I asked for a recommendation of strong armor flavor. Again, just point to a blend and no further introduction - at least tell me something about it (now that no sampling at the store). Just because we are committed to a Nespresson machine, and we have no other places to get pods that fit your machine?????
Friendly and helpful staff. Was in and out within minutes with my purchase. Will be back again
