Absolutely a wonderful business to deal with. If you can get past their website being slow, I believe it's slow because it queries a database of their stock directly, you can find some good deals. They also appear to be legitimate sellers of items like RAM (for example) unlike the RAM you'll find on Amazon which you may have trouble RMA'ing. (Correct me if I'm wrong). The cherry on top is, unlike a lot of big box stores, staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive.

I ordered online from British Columbia and did't know about this store. I called them about some concerns I had and wanted to cancel when it was too late and they still did everything they could to accommodate me. I just bought my third system from the folks at MyTek, and was reminded once again of why I drive across the city to get to them, passing dozens of other computer shops along the way: They are simply the best. Their prices are great, but what keeps bringing me back is the level of service and the integrity of the staff. Some folks will look for any chance to up-sell customers, but these folks look out for their customers, even saving them money when and where they can. I trust them, and that matters to me.
Pathetic experience. After going through the hassle of dealing with their outdated website and completing the order, I have got an email that they want 2x more money (98 instead of 53) for shipping. And, as the Canadian businesses often do, they make their problems the customer's problems. One more time I tell myself - proven large businesses usually care about their customers more than small local ones.
