Had a really great experience with Stephen as my technician and Jian Hui as my advisor. I went in for a tear near the valve of my front passenger tire and had it repaired for 35 in about an hour. Stephen went the extra mile to install my hub cap which was located in the trunk. I had never mentioned nor was asked if I wanted my hub cap installed, but Stephen must have noticed that the wheel that was being serviced was missing the hub cap and searched for it. I was ready to install it myself after receiving my keys, but to my surprise, it was already installed. Thanks Stephen! Jian Hui was a very thorough and helpful advisor throughout my experience. He had advised me that I should consider replacing my front brakes as they were near the end of their life (approx. 20% he said). Not being sure what this meant, he brought me into the shop and took the time to explain exactly what needed replacing and why. After asking a few questions and deciding to hold off on replacing my front brakes, Jian Hui respected my decision and wasn't pushy like some advisors can be. He gave me a fair warning that the longer I wait, the more dangerous and expensive it could be, but assured me that I could come back anytime and they'd take care of the change. I appreciated that he respected my decision and assured that the shop would be ready when I was. Overall I had a really great experience and will be recommending this shop to my friends and family. As for myself, I believe I've found my go-to auto shop. Thanks again Stephen and Jian Hui!
Great shop, came in for an alignment on my new car (used) and ended up having a full tune up due to their quality of work and customer service. Alex is awesome and made me feel like he had my best interests in mind (i.e check engine light came on my way and he took care of it). Would highly recommend to my friends and family. Also my Genesis Coupe was lowered and they were able to do the alignment.
Alex and Douglas at the front desk were very helpful - was in and out for a rear bulb change in about half an hour. Honest and fair dealing, they waived the labour charge so I only had to pay for the bulb. They suggested some additional service but were not pushy about it. Definitely gave an impression of caring about people. I like these guys.
Fixed the valve stem on my wheel in under 15 minutes without an appointment. Great guys. Did no damage to my 4,000 custom wheels!
