My experience with Muir Cap & Regalia has been exemplary. It's a shame that there's a couple poor reviews here that are dragging their overall rating down, because not only do they provide a fantastic and thoughtfully-crafted product, but their customer service goes above and beyond to provide satisfaction. These guys do not do cheaply-crafted products so there was a bit of time involved with my order. But my patience was rewarded with a beautiful cap. This isn't a huge corporation churning out mass-made products. It's a well-loved, traditional company that is dedicated to delivering excellent work held to the highest standards. I don't think you can go wrong by ordering from Muir Cap & Regalia, as long as you understand you're doing business with skilled craftsman and not placing a quick order on Amazon.

Does anyone know if this place is still in business? In March 2019, I purchased some silver cap buttons an expansion straps, but never received my order. My emails would bounce back and the website was disabled. What a ripoff and disappointment!
Ordered last minute for an event, and called the company to ask if they could expedite. I was super lucky as they were able to fit mine in with the in house orders. The lady I spoke with was very understanding and gracious (I don't know her name sorry) but I was able to get my hat rushed which was important. Great quality. My leather was like butter, I would probably order the silver peak next time.
I was very excited to receive my Muir Cap today. I ordered extra expansion straps and buttons to give it some flare. Fit exactly as I had hoped. Shipped all the way to Italy. I highly recommend. The quality is fabulous. Thank you Muir
I just wanted to say my hat just arrived and I am really happy. It took a little longer than I expected but it is exceptional quality.
Poor state of affairs.... I ordered in March and I am still waiting. Communication is poor to non existent.It was explained some months back that they had to return some of the pieces to the manufacturer due to quality issues. However I received an email on 5th Sept saying it was now on the way but ass that was 4 weeks ago now I really don't know if it will ever arrive (air mail). I have emailed back but of course no reply... Don't risk it folks, buy elsewhere.
