I bought a dining set and a bedroom set from Mobilia in Markham. I dealt with Jessica and she was incredible, she was patient and very professional. It took me a couple of trips to the store and a few hours until I picked what I really loved and she was there with me throughout the whole process. She wouldn't hover or push like many sales people do, she would walk away and let me think about stuff, yet she was always close by when I needed help. She took my phone number and she would keep me updated on everything. If I had a question about financing or delivery dates she would always be super quick to respond. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. When you get Jessica to assist you, you will know what I mean and not regret your decision one bit. My delivery took a little while to come in because of COVID nonsense, but it was scheduled between 7-10am. I live in Kitchener and it was coming from Mississauga, so I figured that it would not get to Kitchener until later. I got a call the night before from Ken and he informed me that they would be at my house at 7am. I am glad he called because I would definitely not be ready that early. My door bell rang at 0705. The guys were punctual, they wore masks and were very professional. I never knew what white glove delivery was until Ken and his partner showed up. They were very gentle with the boxes and bringing stuff in. They set everything up for me and even helped me with putting my king mattress on the bed. I still need to get my table delivered and I will be requesting the same delivery team. I am very pleased with my whole experience dealing with Mobilia staff. I highly recommend this store for a wonderful shopping experience and great quality furniture.

I ordered 6000 worth of office furniture and it was supposed to arrive to my business 3 weeks ago and nobody even called me out of courtesy to tell me if it has arrived or not. Back to back I called them and no answers. They finally told me that I had to pay the balance before they give me a definite date on when it will arrive? How do you expect me to pay in full when you cant even tell me when my things will arrive. If I pay how do I know if u will take another 2-3 weeks. This is not proper customer service and I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
