I wanted to change my auto policy and fortunately was connected with Sarah Jorgensen, as soon as she said “Hello”, I felt I was connected to someone who is the best, and my intuition was right. Sarah had excellent knowledge about auto policies, rules and regulations. She solved my problem in minutes and with absolute patience and made me very comfortable talking to her. In today’s world when everything is on phone, we tend speak to lot of customer service agents or client managers, but I found no one like Sarah. I saw many negative reviews after NFP took over from mass insurance but if they have some one like Sarah, I am sure the reviews will get converted to all 5 stars. Thanks Sarah for this wonderful experience.

Used to be a small Local Broker it has now been ABSORBED by a huge national Brokerage named NFP. The personalized, responsive service is now gone.
I cancelled my home and auto policy after nine years. I had one car accident in January 2014, and in July of 2019 I dinged someones door in a parking lot. The agent on the phone told me I may no longer be insurable if I have another claim, and Im not a teenager nor young adult, Im out of the high risk demographic. She also argued with me about the math of nine minus four and stated my accident in 2014 would still impact my premiums since it was \four years ago\. I told her that nine minus four was five, she disagreed. Her manager called when I cancelled and apologized, but I cancelled anyways since their premiums were not competitive, TD was 30% cheaper.
Since MASS Insurance has been under NFP Canada the service is horrible! I have been waiting on the phone for 1 hr and 13 min and still nobody has answered. I have been trying for days to speak to someone in person and to no avail. When it was MASS INSURANCE it was the BEST! I stayed with them for over 15yrs actually 20yrs....anyways...they were the best! NFP Canada is not the same at all! :(
Very disappointed in the service so far. The agents are rookies and they fight with the clients as to who they will be speaking with to get a quote so the ight\ person gets a commission. Unacceptable to treat customers as cattle.
