Lee is extremely unethical and unprofessional. Overcharged for his work. Don't use this guy. I wish I had see the previous reviews. He was already here doing work for us... I asked him to check a bbq because I could smell gas. He offered to change out the hose as there was a leak in the hose. He then charged my 180 and said he gave me a discount because if I had called him for this he would have charged over 200. The absurd thing is that he was already onsite for something else!!!!

My parents used this service and were charged 240 dollars for 40 min of work. He told me he charges 2 hours work no matter what the actual repair time is. He also charges for his travel time. They were also quoted an additional 350 for a part that my father then went and bought for 175 retail. Most companies will absorb the cost of the initial visit if they do the repair.. He did not. I feel Li took advantage of my parents and it is very disappointing. I would not recommend using this service unless you want to overpay.
The work was sloppy a mess was left and he didn't clean up after himself and he found a way to rip us off
