First time at a Hookah lounge and the place was super chill. The hosts were very attentive and extremely pleasant. We will be back soon! Extremely relaxed atmosphere.

I arrived at the place and was waiting for my friends. One of the employees was outside showing off his car to his friends, once my friends and I entered, we were waiting to be served. We sat down and both the employees, the one outside and at the desk acknowledged or existence but made no effort to ask us what we wanted. After 15 minutes we decide to go up to the desk and order. After we ordered we waited for the shisha. The employee I saw outside was chilling with his friends and did not make any effort to get our stuff ready, mind you, the place was not busy at all. After 30 minutes of waiting, a friend of mine decided to ask them when the 3 shishas were coming, he said "Soon". About 5 minutes later, the employee chilling with his friends came and asked us what we ordered.... So what I'm getting from this is that they have not started our order. We were on the brink of leaving. We finally got our order 1 hr after we arrived. Hats off, great customer service. Next time, how about not chilling with your boys and doing your damn job
