The food was delicious and service was excellent. One thing I would point out is the need for hand sanitizers at the entrance for patrons. Having a designated pencil/pen for each table (sanitized after use) with the order papers. Maybe this can be mounted to the walls or table side. Overall very enjoyable, thank you.

This hot pot restaurant serves high quality, fresh ingredients which is reflected in its price. Price averages out to be about 45 per person tax and gratitude included. Broth selection is good and tasty. We received great customer service as well.
They had a wide variety of food on their menu but their service was terrible. Every time you want to order more food, the employee has to grab another employee, who grabs another employee, who then grabs the employee that can take our order? Gotta wait 10-15 minutes just to order another BBQ sauce.. They’re very impatient and also take a while to bring us food as well. I spent around 2 hours here (half of it was waiting for food, or water, or the bill) and I was quite unhappy :( food was pretty delicious and large portions but probably won’t be returning.
The food are fresh and the staff are very attentive. The personalized pot to order each person's choice of broth is definitely a plus. The price is a bit on the higher side though
very good place to go to for hotpot, no need to share pots!! Everyone have their own pots.
