Hired them to do a grading plan, it was returned by the building department with a page completely covered in red ink. So bad that they offered a refund but now will not return messages (no refund yet). First red flag was when their \surveyor\ showed up with a cheap dewalt laser level. Save your money and hire professionals.
Mia has been very helpful in getting drawings done to fulfill the needs of the TRCA and my local town. I'll be turning to them again in the future when needed.
