I bought range hood from this store. I really like it cuz it has high quality material and quite motor. When I ask them about warranty, they told me that they provide lifetime warranty for the motor, that’s awesome.
Bad customer services after sale. We paid 200 to install range hood including expanding the pipe. They failed to expand the pipe but refused to refund the fee. The one who answered the phone has bad attitude.
