Where to start... These guys are exceptional. They workflow, customer service and turn around times have been impressive, to say the least. All their designs have been great looking and have captured design briefs with ease. The customer service has been great too. Attention to detail is also paramount, which is something I really value in my business. Overall, extremely happy and confident in Kimp and I'm looking forward to working with them more and more. Don't even think about it, hire them now!!!

Highly recommended! We are using Kimp for about 8 months and they never disappoint. Entire team is amazing. The quality of the graphics is far superior to others. Extremely quick response via their live chat as well. They always deliver a quality design, completed on time and with excellent customer service throughout. I definitely recommend them to folks who need high quality graphic design work done.
Kimp has been the best solution to needing a graphic designer. Full-time on-staff designers can be very expensive, freelance designers can be hard to communicate with and can run up hours on a project that can also be costly. With Kimp there is total price transparency, and they are worth every penny. My design team keeps up with our fast-paced demand, they execute our brand look and feel flawlessly, and we have doubled, maybe even tripled our design output. The perfect solution to our business needs!
Saji and her KIMP team are always so attentive when designing and making revisions for us. They are constantly trying to achieve the highest quality with the fastest turn around possible. Lately our team has been demanding a great deal of them; diverse needs, and very complex design tasks. They have hit it out of the park!
I am suprised to see 5 star reviews because the quality of work provided are very basic and nothing creative has been provided from the first phase, always had to go back and forth with them because of poor quality. I didn't have any contact with the dedicated designer and the dedicated project manager is not responsive. Usually I received one or two reply/day. I'm sorry to say this but definitely will not recommend this company if you are an agency and want to delegate tasks. For personal use, it 'might' be good.
I have been using Kimp graphics & video services for a while now. They are amazing at what they do and helping me design logos,posters, social media videos and other related things. Quality Work, Responsive, Good Value My project manager Sansa is incredibly responsive, reliable and simply excellent to work with. The team actually cares about my success. I am consistently impressed by their ability to adjust to our needs and the stunning work that they provide us with. Kudos to the entire team!!
Amazing service, really happy that I found them. Tried many similar services in the past and was annoyed by all the cookie cutter designs, nothing closer to what they showcase in their portfolio. Been with Kimp team for the few months and they never disappointed me. Kudos to the team! 5 stars
